A fun and informative evening in the kitchen of Glaswegian chef Gary Maclean, cooking food inspired by his recent trip to Cuba.
In December 2016 Gary was crowned MasterChef: The Professionals Champion. He was chosen to represent Scotland at British Week in Havana last year, co-organised by HGFF, and in this fun session he will chat about what inspired him about Cuba and its food, whilst cooking up a delicious typical Cuban meal with a Scottish twist for you to recreate at home!
