A film tracing the life of Argentinian doctor and internationalist Alina Sánchez (Lêgerîn), who journeyed from Patagonia to Cuba, to Europe, and finally to Rojava, where she became part of the Kurdish Women’s Liberation Movement.

Through archival footage and testimonies, the film portrays her work as a physician and health coordinator in wartime, blending medical science with ancestral knowledge and radical care.

Alina’s story, cut short by her death in 2018, emerges as a moving portrait of solidarity across borders, linking Latin American struggles with Kurdish resistance and asking what it means to live and act in true commitment to others.
